THE STORY BEHIND THE PHOTOGRAPH
The River Torridon meanders through the magnificent scenery of Glen Torridon, under the watchful gazze of Beinne Eighe and Liathach. This view of the river is taken from the eastern end of the glen on a dark, gloomy day. There had been heavy rain, so the water level was quite high in the river. I tried the same shot a few days later and the effect of the moving water was much less pronounced.
